Who we are

BestHouse ("we", "us") provides design, drafting, and inspection services in California. This policy covers besthouse.ai and its subdomains.

What we collect

Information you give us. Name, email address, phone number, property address, and the project details you enter into our calculators, configurators, and contact forms.
Project information. Files, drawings, measurements, photos, and inspection reports you upload or send us.
Automatically collected information. IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and referring source, via cookies and analytics tools.
Advertising identifiers. If you arrive from an ad, we may receive a click identifier so we can measure which campaigns produce enquiries.

If you give us your mobile number, you consent to receive messages about your enquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Opting out of texts does not remove you from email.

We use cookies for basic site function, analytics, and advertising measurement. You can block cookies in your browser, though some features may stop working.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and project records for as long as needed to serve you and to satisfy professional and legal record-keeping requirements. You can request earlier deletion.

Your rights in California

Under the CCPA and CPRA you have the right to know what personal information we hold, to request deletion, to request correction, and to opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell personal information. To make a request, email privacy@besthouse.ai. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our services are not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
